Jen has been a member of the Credit Union since 2004, when she began her business, Blue Core Coaching. Jen is a coach, consultant and facilitator who is trusted by individuals and organizations during times of significance. Previously, Jen was the Director, Consulting & Advisory Services with Pillar Nonprofit Network and is currently the Aftercare Specialist for Haskett Funeral Homes. Jen holds her CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) designation, is a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Neuro Transformational Coach, in addition to her education in Mediation, Adult Education and Strategic Clarity. She is also currently completing her Masters of Theological Studies. Jen's community leadership has included such roles as the Fundraising Director with North Middlesex District Minor Hockey Association, Board Co-chair of Women's Rural Resource Centre, Director with the Human Resources Professionals Association of London & District, as well as volunteering with Children of the Promise, Haiti.

Jen feels this is a complex and challenging time for many people and organizations and that Boards are most successful when their membership is reflective of the community they represent. Mainstreet is an important organization in our area and she would like to lend her voice to a diverse team that seeks to serve their communities together. She aspires to add value where and can and expects she will learn a great deal along the way. She hopes that, as part of the Mainstreet Board, she can inspire success which will have a positive ripple effect in our communities.
